APROPOS®'s Portfolio Monitor provides a responsibility-dependent view of the project figures in the local currency facilitating transparent site-relevant budget discussions according to actual and forecast figures.

CapEx Monitor

APROPOS®'s CapEx Monitor focuses on CapEx figures in company currency and supports the aggregation of figures along business structure up to the management board (incl. asset-sharing if desired). Budget discussions can be done online showing everyone directly the effect of adaptations.

Value-driven prioritization

In the CapEx-Monitor, the evaluation score of each project builds the basis of our value-driven Intelli-Prio.
